Imgflo Daily Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026This policy explains how Imgflo Daily — Bulk AI Image Gen (the “Extension”) handles information when you use it with Google Flow.
Information handled
- Account information: your verified Google email address and stable Google account identifier. A Google OAuth access token is used transiently to verify your identity and is not stored by our server.
- License and payment records: plan, trial usage, access expiry, reservation records, Crypto Pay invoice identifier, amount, currency, and payment status. We do not receive or store card numbers, wallet keys, seed phrases, or exchange credentials.
- Extension data: settings, language, installation identifier, prompt lists, generation history, filenames, and reference-image selections. Most of this data is stored locally in your browser.
- Content processed at your direction: prompts, reference images, Google Flow page state, and generated images needed to run and download the workflow you start. This content is sent to Google services only as needed to perform your requested generation.
- Technical and security data: our server may process request time, IP address, user agent, response status, and error details in short-lived service logs.
How information is used
We use information only to authenticate the account, bind a license to that account, provide the free trial and paid access, create and confirm payments, execute user-requested Google Flow workflows, download results, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver the Extension: Google for sign-in and Google Flow functionality, Crypto Pay for payment processing, and our hosting provider for operating the license service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness.
Permissions
The Extension accesses only supported Google Flow pages and related Google endpoints. It uses browser permissions to display the side panel, store settings, identify and control the selected Flow tab, insert packaged automation code, download generated images, authenticate with Google, and perform a temporary trusted click in a user-started Flow workflow. It does not collect general browsing history.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains in the browser until you clear extension data or uninstall the Extension. Account, license, and transaction records are retained while needed to provide access, handle support and disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Security logs are retained only for operational and security needs. You may request deletion of account-linked data through the support contact below; some transaction records may be retained when legally required.
Security
Data sent to our service is protected in transit with HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data handled.
Google API Limited Use
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices and support
You can stop processing by stopping the workflow, clear locally stored extension data, or uninstall the Extension. For privacy questions, support, or deletion requests, contact @imgflo_access_bot on Telegram.
